A problem in the process providing fuel to Boiler #6 at the water and electricity production plant WEB around 10:15 am caused a power outage on the island. WEB technicians are working on the problem and the company will initiate reconnection of the network one or more neighborhoods at a time. The situation should normalize within 4 to 6 hours according to WEB. Piedra Plat and surrounding neighborhoods are experiencing challenges with water supply.
