 The police corps has issued a reward for the tip that leads to the capture of escaped armed robbery suspect Johannes Span Ospina. He escaped Wednesday from the Oranjestad precinct.
He is a suspect in the Caribbean Mercantile Bank robbery of 2011 and the armed robbery at the RBC Bank a few weeks ago. He is considered dangerous.
